Reading and Billing Services:
Urban Meters & Readers provides accurate, easy to read bills mailed directly to the consumer or to the property management. We provide wireless technology using remote reading devices eliminating the need to enter dwellings to read meters.

How does it work?
A meter is installed in each unit and each meter has a wireless transmitter which sends consumption data through a repeater network to a central collector (RDL) located at the community. The RDL receives and stores the data until it’s retrieved for billing. Data is downloaded for billing and Urban Meters & Readers accesses the data remotely and allocates the appropriate charges to each resident. Data is built into a file and then ready for your billing service.
